Come see Fred McKinnon & the Worship Under the Stars Band at the Jekyll Island Christmas Tree Lighting Festival in the Jekyll Island Historic District on the San Souci Lawn. Join us for an unforgettable evening of snow, food and entertainment to open our Holiday Island events. McKendree Augustas will be opening for Fred McKinnon & the Worship Under the Stars at 6:30 p.m. and lasts until Santa and Mrs. Claus light the Jekyll Island Christmas Tree.

This is one event I really don’t want to miss. Bring your camera, folks, ’cause you’ll want to capture this on film. Holiday Island events are on-going throughout December, including tours of the historic cottages decorated for the season, gingerbread house making classes, and Christmas caroling.
