The Savannah College of Art and Design presents the 10th annual Broughton Street International Festival, featuring traditional music, dance, art and food to celebrate the diversity of SCAD’s international arts community. The event is free and open to the public.

On Friday, March 7 at 8:00p.m. the St. Augustine Community Orchestra presents, “Dances and Romances” in the Cafe Alcazar.
Concerts are FREE but they tell me donations are warmly welcomed. This volunteer symphony orchestra has been presenting concerts for more than 45 years with members from all walks of life.

Opening Receiption for “Melodies” – Savannah, Georgia
Artist Amiri Farris will hold an art exhibit at the Jewish Alliance Education Center of Savannah. “Melodies”, will be the show theme, denoting the musical talents of those whose faces will be displayed. Melodies will feature images of local jazz artists; Teddy Adams, James Moody, Irene Reed, and others. Mr. Farris considers it a high honor and privilege to be able to capture and display the images of these jazz legends.
