In December each year the Museum presents Holiday Luminay tours of historic downtown Fernandina beach. The tours are being held on December 7th and December 8th and are by reservation only times are 6 pm and 7pm. Tour begins at the train depot on Centre street. Tickets are Adults are 10.00 students/military 5.00

Jacksonville Light Parade – Florida
This is an annual tradition in Jacksonville for Thanksgiving Weekend and it is a great way to get into the holiday spirit. Come down to the riverfront to watch lighted boats sailing through downtown Jacksonville as they compete for great prizes! The parade is followed by spectacular fireworks shot from downtown buildings, including the signature bridge “waterfalls” shot from both sides of the Main Street Bridge and the Acosta Bridge.

Machin facilitates a presentation of the ancient Seaside Villas of the Roman Elite. For the first time in the United States, this exhibition brings to light art objects and archaeological artifacts found in four ancient Roman villas of extraordinary proportions, innovative design and luxurious decoration were a center of political power wealth, culture and intrigue. This wonderful presentation will conclude with an Italian opera performance by Bella Voce Cabaret.
