We enjoyed the Peaches to Beaches yard sale this year more than ever. However, we also had problems! My 3 sisters and I spent both days having the most fun, but we spent a lot of time (and gas) trying to find the official information center in most of the towns! We were surprised that the other vendors (Official Vendors) did not know where this place was. The contest was fun, but at the end when the day was almost over, we were driving from one site to another trying to get our last stamps and to turn in our contest sheets.

Now don’t get me wrong — we love the sale and will be back next year, but there are a couple of other things we need to mention: Many vendors closed before 6:00 p.m. on both days. I know a lot stayed open later too, but it was very disappointing to ride up to a site at 5:00 and the vendor was packing up.

We were also disappointed that Roberta and Fort Valley didn’t even participate. This was the first year we’d had time to start in Culloden, but will probably just start at Perry next year. This isn’t fair to the folks in Culloden either.

Thanks for all the work you do (assuming this gets to the right people). This is my favorite thing to do. LOL

I think this is very sad. The way the economy is and here you all want to charge $9.00 dollars before you get in the door. Oh excuse me if you buy early are a group you can get in for $7.00dollars What ever happen with the coupons were you can get 2.00 dollars off. In other words come spend all your hard earn money with us. We are what you call greedie people we can care less if you have food on your table,clothes on your kids back or shoes on there feet . Why can ‘t you all have something that doesn’t cost to get in . I’m sure there is alot of people who would love to come but can’t afford to get in the front or back door . Because (everything) you all have cost money before you can get in the door.It used to be $5.00 now its $9.00 dollars what if you had four or five poeple to come in that would be $40.00 or $50.00 dollars.How to you explain this .With todays ECONOMY know one can afford this . Please explain this.You all need to get a Life Please Get your self out of the CLOUDS.

My wife does enjoy cooking demostration. She always attend to one here in UK. As soon as she arrive home, she would do her grocery and would usually prepare the recipe she have learned from the cooking demo. My wife does cook well, thanks for cooking demos like this.
