The Jacksonville Home and Patio Show returns to downtown’s Prime Osborn Convention Center October 1-4, 2009 with four days filled with home improvement ideas, interactive seminars and a product showcase – all under one roof.

1. SHOP THE RESTORE GENERAL STORE.
This year, guests can visit the 2,500-square-foot Habitat for Humanity of Jacksonville ReStore retail area that is fashioned after a general store complete with an old-fashioned front porch and rocking chairs. Inside the area, guests can save up to 60 percent off home improvement items and get tips with classes daily. Best of all, proceeds generated from ReStore go toward helping HabiJax.

Show hours are Thursday and Friday, Noon-9 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m.- 9 pm.; and Sunday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Admission at the door is $10 for adults and $5 for children 6-18 years old. On Thursday only, senior (62 and older) admission is $5. Advance purchase tickets are available online only for $3 off regular adult admission.
