WINGS for kids is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 1996 in Charleston, SC. Since that time, it has developed into one of the most innovative and effective youth development programs in the field of social and emotional learning (SEL)-with national recognition. Wings’ mission is to teach children five skills: self-awareness, self-management, responsible decision-making, relationship skills & social awareness. WINGS is dedicated to developing emotional competency in children.
