On September 15, 2007, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Del Webb Charleston will open up ten, newly decorated model home sites for viewing as well as unveil their brand new 6,000 square foot Welcome Center.
Any interested parties may schedule appointments beforehand to speak with a Sales Associate regarding Del Webb, but the Model Park Grand Opening event will provide the first opportunity to see the new homes completed, tour the neighborhood and community, meet homeowners and enjoy live music and light refreshments.
The Model Park Grand Opening will feature ten fully furnished, individually decorated and landscaped, single family, ranch style homes ranging in size from two-to-three bedrooms. Del Webb Charleston is offering an incentive for homeowners closing on their homes within 2007 with an option of having their HOA fees covered for two years. Jon Cherry, President of Del Webb Charleston, is excited to host the event as many people have anxiously been awaiting their grand opening.
Cherry explains, “We would love for anyone to visit Del Webb before or after the event, but I believe the Model Park Grand Opening is a fantastic occasion to experience many of the opportunities available at Del Webb and our staff is excited to meet our future homeowners.”
