The City of Savannah and Step Up Savannah’s Poverty Reduction Initiative, as part of the 2007 National Mayors’ Dollar Wise Week, are sponsoring a free showing of “Maxed Out,†a feature-length film. This independent documentary takes a hard look at the nation’s multi-billion dollar credit card industry.
