Celebrate fresh, local seafood as you sample creations from the area’s best chefs. Rate the chef’s offerings, take in a cooking demo, sample beers and wines, buy shrimp right off the boat and learn how our seafood choices today can ensure fish for the future. This family-friendly FREE harborside event features children’s activities as well as a recipe contest where high school students compete for scholarships to Johnson & Wales.

I would love to be able to enter into this contest! Is it still possible? I am far from being a high school student but would kill for a scholarship to Johnson and Whales. I am 38 years old and have a degree in International Business. My friends and family believe that I have missed my calling and that my abilities in the kitchen are far superior to some of top restaurants in Charleston. I would like to test my skills, given the opportunity.
    Thanks!
