The F1-ChampBoat Series is coming to historic Savannah on Nov. 3-4, for the season championship finale of the 2007 ChampBoat Grand Prix Series. This will be the 2nd appearance for the F1-ChampBoat Series in Savannah which hopes to make Savannah the long term season finale stop on the tour.
The F1-ChampBoat Grand Prix Series features F1 boats that reach speeds of 135 miles an hour around multiple pin race circuits and pulling eye-popping, 6G corners in the fastest-turning race vehicles in the world.
“We are delighted to be making our second appearance in Savannah,†said ChampBoat Series President Mike Schriefer of Charlotte, NC. “I’ve been coming down here for a few years and I just love it here, we hope to make this a permanent stop on our championship tour. Fans need to understand this is a world class racing event, so the best of the best will be in Savannah. I would highly recommend to any sports fan to come down to the convention center and check it out and meet the driversâ€.
