Good morning! My student (Green) at Bartow Elem. evidently won 2nd place in the WTOC coloring contest. She has not received any notice (except a phone call to the secretary of the school) of this honor. Will she receive anything and does she need to be at the lighting of the tree- in the event that the 1st place winner is unable to be there? Thank you.
