Jekyll Island Revitalization Project in Law Suit

According to WTOC 11 Savannah, Linger Longer LLC is seeking to join the suit as a co-defendant with Jekyll Island Authority. The developer who lost the bid for the revitalization project claims that Jekyll Island Authority showed favoritism toward Linger Longer LLC.
