Coastal Pet Rescue at the Lowcountry Living Home and Garden Show

January 10, 2008 by Susanne Talentino

(Savannah, GA) – Homeowners looking to improve their homes this year can
also help homeless pets at the same time.

Join Coastal Pet Rescue at the Lowcountry Living Home and Garden Show
January 18, 19, and 20 at the Savannah International Trade & Convention
Center. The organization will be celebrating its 5th anniversary with a
50s-themed booth. Stop in to meet adoptable pets or shop for home and
gift items hand-made by Coastal Pet Rescue volunteers.

In 2007, Coastal Pet Rescue rescued 149 canines and 46 felines in 2007.
With already 14 puppies and one heartworm-positive momma dog in its
care, Coastal Pet Rescue hopes the three-day event will net enough funds
to cover veterinary care for the first two months of 2008.

Founded in February 2003, Coastal Pet Rescue is an all-volunteer 501(c)
(3) non-profit organization dedicated to saving the lives of homeless,
abused and neglected animals in the coastal areas of Georgia, South
Carolina and Florida.
