SCAD presents second biennial Art History Symposium “New Museum, New Museologyâ€
SAVANNAH, Ga.—The Savannah College of Art and Design presents the second biennial Art History Symposium “New Museum, New Museology†April 3-5. The event, hosted by the SCAD art history department, explores the latest trends in museum studies and features a keynote address by noted New York City artist Fred Wilson.

Dark of the Moon Tour at the Lighthouse – St Augustine, Florida
Friday, Feb. 8, 2008 the St. Augustine Lighthouse and Museum will offer the Dark of the Moon Tour starting at 7:00 p.m.
This hour and a half long tour allows visitors to venture into the Keepers’ House and Tower at night, learn about the history of the St. Augustine Light Station, listen to paranormal tales, and experience darkness inside the St. Augustine Lighthouse.
Space is limited and reservations are required. To reserve your space call Faith at (904) 829-0745 x-207. The cost is $25 per adult and $20 per child. All reservations must be cancelled 24-hours in advance. Children must be at least 7 years old and 44 inches tall to climb the tower.

St Augustine Bluzfest 2008 – St Augustine, Florida
Find out just how much fun it is to get the blues at Bluzfest 2008. Featuring some of the region’s best blues performers, Bluzfest events take place Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights at Hurricane Patty’s and 95 Cordova’s Cobalt Lounge. Headliners include The Falling Bones, The Willie Green Band, Bobby Radcliff, J.W. Gilmore and the Blues Authority, Little Mike, Jim Mckaba and the After Hours Band, and Tony O and Chum Click Nick.
