The Green Party at the Museum – Charleston, South Carolina

March 5, 2008 by Susanne Talentino

The Charleston Museum invites you to an early celebration of St. Patrick’s Day and the coming of Spring! This event is held in conjunction with the Clothes to Dye For exhibit quarterly focus on GREEN. The Green Party will feature live Irish tunes by Frank and the Paddywagons, Irish beer tasting, curator chats in the exhibit area, “green” heavy hors d’oeuvres, and beer & wine. The Carolina Ladies Aid Society will be back dressed in many splendid shades of green 19th century clothing. Get in the spirit and wear your favorite fashions in shades from minty green to olive drab. Reservations required.
