World Golf Hall of Fame Offers Free Admission to Community on Father’s Day
Complimentary Admission in Museum and IMAX Theater Presents Perfect Gift for Dad
St. Augustine, Fla. (June 4, 2008) — The World Golf Hall of Fame will open its doors to everyone on Father’s Day, Sunday, June 15 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. for its annual Community Day, offering complimentary admission to each guest. The first 500 dads through the doors will receive a goody bag filled with gifts, coupons and certificates from businesses at World Golf Village and in the First Coast area and also will receive a complimentary round on the Hall of Fame’s 18-hole, natural-grass putting course as well as free admission to one film at the World Golf Hall of Fame IMAX® Theater.
World Golf Hall of Fame Community Day, presented by AT&T Yellow Pages and Last Minute Golfer, also will offer a variety of contests including a long-drive contest on the museum’s simulator, multiple closest-to-the-pin contests at the Challenge Hole and putting contests on the Hall’s Putting Course. Each contest offers the opportunity to win a selection of prizes from businesses including Cleveland Golf, Last Minute Golfer, PGA TOUR Golf Academy, PGA TOUR Spa Laterra, PGA TOUR STOP, Relax the Back, Slammer & Squire and King & Bear, and the World Golf Hall of Fame.
