Excellence in Harmony 2008 – Jacksonville, Florida
Take this opportunity to listen to the finest in men’s a-capella harmony at The Big Orange Chorus annual show, called Excellence in Harmony 2008 at Jacksonville’s historic Florida Theatre. Our show will include the 2007 Barbershop Harmony Society Gold Medal Champion, MaxQ, the 2007 Sweet Adeline 2nd Place Silver Medalist, Jackpot and the 2007 Sunshine District Chorus Champion, The Big Orange Chorus. Tickets are $20 for general admission and $25 for preferred seating, general admission seating may be purchased in groups of 15 or more for $18 each. NOAA Issues Rule to Prevent Overfishing of Atlantic Sharks
NOAA’s Fisheries Service today announced a new rule to lower significantly the fishing quotas for sandbar and porbeagle sharks in order to rebuild these depleted species. NOAA will also implement new regional quotas for the other large coastal sharks.
