Painters, Potters, Basket makers, Jewelers….and anyone else interested in arts and crafts will gather on Tybee Island this weekend for the Tybee Island Fall Arts Festival. This event takes place at Parker pavilion, rain or shine on Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm.
