Boats & Floats for the Kids. Starts at Willcox Ave & goes down Bus 17. Following the parade, meet at Morse Landing Park with Santa & the Gang. The Christmas tree will be lit & the Eagle Scouts will man a bonfire to take the nip out of the air.
