Spring is in the air – and the opening of the season for Riverside Arts Market in downtown Jacksonville is a sure sign that spring has arrived. On Saturday, March 3, 2012, RAM holds its grand opening celebration. There will be a parade at 9:45 am to kick off the season and everyone is invited to participate. There will be music performances on stage, a juggler, a sword swallower and balloon art – just to mention a few. This is a great opportunity to come and check out some of the artists and the many hand made items available from the vendors, and make sure to come hungry – because there is always a lot of food to choose from.
