Bird watching, or birding, is a hobby most anyone can enjoy, & SC is a premier destination for bird enthusiasts. Considered by many to be the state’s best birding spot, wintertime here yields some of the best sightings of all! Perry Nugent leads a search for loons, grebes, gannets, shorebirds & more.
