The Race Is On – Jacksonville, Florida.
I just got an email from 1st Place Sport. Doug Alfred says that it looks like another record turnout with over 14,000 runners expected in the 15K on Saturday March 8th. That’s amazing!
If you’re interesting in watching the race, the best way this year is at the start/finish. You can watch the start on Gator Bowl Blvd on the south side of the stadium and then move into the stadium’s east club seats by way of Gate 1 located on the south end of the stadium. Please use the escalators to get to the spectator area.
You will be able to watch the live coverage provide by WJXT TV-4 during the race and then have the perfect seat to watch your favorite runner/walker cross the finish line on the football field. After runners finish they can join you in the stands.
