The Jacksonville Harmony Show Chorus, a chapter of Sweet Adelines International, is proud to present “Catch A Rising Star” for their 2008 Annual Show. The TOP FIVE Rising Star Scholarship Contestants will perform as special guest soloists during the chorus’ Annual performance which showcases the chorus’four-part a cappella harmony, the Classic American art form known as Barbershop.

“Carnegie Hall Here We Come” concert – Jacksonville, Florida

Here’s your chance to enoy this unique choir performance before the big day in Carnegie Hall. This concert features the combined choirs of the Jacksonville Country Day School Choir, First Christian School Choir and the Jacksonville Children’s Chorus. The concert will feature works by Jim Papoulis, J.S. Bach, Nick Page, David Brunner, and Rollo Dilworth.

Too hot in the city?  Having a complete melt down? Here’s a great tip to cool off. Head to the ice skating rink for the Ice Summer Concert Series.  No, it’s not Backstreet Boys – it’s BayStreet performing this time.
The concert takes place on  June 20, 2008 at  7:30pm at Southside: Jacksonville Ice Rink
You can Ice Skating at 7:30 p.m. and the Live Music starts at 9:00 p.m.
