Georgia Coastal Artist Guild Show

Come to the Village and check out the new art work by members of the Georgia Coastal Artist Guild. This exciting art show features NEW original art work by some of the area’s most talented artists and is a perennial favorite by locals and visitors. Original watercolors, pastels, oils and mixed media will be at the gallery all month. Meet the artists at the reception on Thursday, November 6 from 5-7pm. Reception is free and open to the public.

Night Owl Cinema Series: Spiderman – St. Augustine, FL

Art Walk in St Augustine, Florida

This is one of St. Augustine’s most popular on-going cultural events. The First Friday Art Walk in St. Augustine offers the latest art exhibits, music, entertainment and refreshments at over 20 participating galleries – plus, great food courtesy of the St. Augustine Independent Restaurant Association. Tours start at Rembrandtz American Craft Gallery, 131 King Street. Galleries are open from 5 to 9 p.m. As an extra bonus St. Augustine Sightseeing Trains and Old Town Trolleys offer art walkers a complimentary shuttle service to most of the galleries. The San Marco Theatre across from Ripley’s Believe or Not! provides free showings of the historical St. Augustine film Cradle of History.

Winter Wonderland – St. Augustine, FL

Lace up your skates and head over to the St. Augustine Amphitheatre to enjoy a Winter Wonderland! Winter Wonderland is free and open to the public Monday through Friday from 6 to 10 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. The ice skating rink is only $8 (skate rental is $2). Sleigh rides take place from 6-10 p.m. (adults $10, $4 for children). This winter extravaganza includes a 100 foot Ice Slide, winter games, an Elf village, onstage performances of the Quiltmaker’s Gift, lighted nature trails, Santa, s’mores on an open fire and much more.
