30th Jacksonville Model Train and Railroadiana Show: Jacksonville, Florida. Sponsored by Golden Spike Enterprises, Inc. at the Prime Osborn Convention Center, located at 1000 Water Street (former Jacksonville Union Terminal Co. site) in downtown Jacksonville. Over 325 tables and 35,000 square feet of show space. This is Jacksonville’s oldest and largest model train and railroadiana show. 9 am – 4 pm. Admission $7.00 (children 12 and under are free). Festival Kicks off June 5-9 and Ends Labor Day Weekend with Beach, Boogie & BBQ
MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – The Myrtle Beach area will officially kick off the summer season along the Grand Strand with the 57th annual Sun Fun Festival® June 5-9. The fun lasts all summer long with days full of free, family-friendly events, concerts and much, much more. This year’s line-up offers an exciting, new location — Grand Park on the former Myrtle Beach Air Force Base. The emphasis is on the “fun†in Sun Fun this year.
Sunset River Cruise – St Augustine, Florida
Take a cruise on an old fishing boat on the Intracoastal Waterway for a spectacular view of the sunset and moon rise from the water. Cap’s on the Water provides this tour during the full moon of each month.
