Take a break from the holiday shopping on Sunday with your family and do something different. From 12.00 – 4.00 pm the family can go to the Museum of Contemporary Art, MOCA, for free. Children under the age of 18 and accompanying adults are free thanks to the sponsorship from Bank of America.

Holiday Tour of Historic Homes in Savannah, Georgia in December
This is a time of year when southern hospitality is more welcoming than ever. The people of Savannah is again welcoming visitors into their private residences for the always popular annual Holiday Tour of Historic Homes.
The Holiday tour of Historic Homes has been described as “an intimate visit with residents of Savannah’s Historic District.”, and there is simply no better way to get a closer look at the historic district. The tour is arranged by the Downtown Neighborhood Association, so it is hosted by folks who actually live in the neighborhood.
This year two classic self-guided tours of historic Savannah homes are offered, one in the afternoon and another in the evening. Guests will receive the complete Tour Program at Tour Headquarters. The program includes maps, directions, and descriptions of all the homes.

Breakfast with Santa at MOSH Jacksonville
Come to the Museum of Science & History for a relaxing “Breakfast with Santaâ€! Three continental breakfast sessions are offered on December 6 and 13, beginning at 8:30, 9:30, and 10:30 a.m. “Breakfast with Santa,†includes Museum admission. Tickets for the holiday event is $12 for adults; $10 for children 3-12; and $3 for children 2 and under.

Art & Antique Show in Jacksonville
The 2008 Art & Antiques Show in Jacksonville opens its doors on December 3rd with the Benefactor Preview Reception and Opening Night Party and continues through December 6th with a heartwarming children’s fashion show.
This year marks the 32nd year of the popular Art & Antiques Show, which has been recognized as one of the premier antiques and decorative shows in the United States. The show is a benefit for Wolfson Children’s Hospital and features 54 exhibitors and galleries and five renowned lecturers.

Pinewood Holiday Spirit Extravaganza – Summerville, SC
The Pinewood PTO has joined forces with Summerville D.R.E.A.M (Downtown Restoration Enhancement and Management) to host the first Pinewood Holiday Spirit Extravaganza. On Wednesday, Dec. 3 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Downtown Summerville shops and restaurants will open their doors to the Pinewood community and 10% of sales from participating merchants will be donated to the Pinewood PTO.
In addition to shopping and dining, entertainment will be provided by Pinewood students. The Kings Inn Bed and Breakfast will host a performance by the newly formed Pinewood Chorus under the direction of Janice Gamble. Art work by Pinewood students will be proudly displayed at Art Central. The Pinewood Spirit fashion team will model Downtown Summerville clothing and accessories at a fashion show coordinated by Avis MacLellan, director of the Model’s Studio and held at Relish Downtown. The Pinewood Panther will stroll the streets of Downtown Summerville passing out candy canes while teachers and students sing Christmas carols and so much more.
“This will be a wonderful opportunity to explore the wonderful stores in our community, shop for the holidays and support the PTO and Pinewood,” said Stacy Stagliano, Pinewood PTO President, “One lucky Pinewood shopper/diner will even win a $50 D.R.E.A.M gift certificate usable at most of the stores and restaurants downtown.”
