Mount PleasantThe 20th Annual Town of Mt. Pleasant Children’s Day Festival on Sunday, Oct. 14 at the Park West Recreation Complex in Mt. Pleasant, SC. The event will run from noon to 5 p.m. and admission is free. Since this festival is FOR kids, it is packed with a long list of exciting activities for the young ones.

Climbing wall, inflatables, sports games, face painting, entertainers, petting zoo and pony rides. Special performances will be given by local dance and gymnastics academies, fencing and karate schools and cheerleading squads. Also, unicyclist and juggler Mark Lippard, King of Kazoo Rick Hubbard, Magician Ken Carrington will perform, and there will be a special appearance by Roarks Reptiles.

Bring a friend or the entire family to Drayton Hall to experience these activities and more during the interactive program. You’ll feel as though you have stepped back in time and are living and working on a Lowcountry plantation.
