North Florida’s Amateur Golfers Can Win Over $10,000 in Prizes
St. Augustine, Fla. (July 8, 2008) – For the fifth consecutive year, the World Golf Hall of Fame at World Golf Village will host its Putting Championship on the Hall of Fame’s 18-hole, natural-grass putting course. Presented by LastMinute Golfer, AT&T The Real Yellow Pages and Coca-Cola, the event is open to all amateur golfers in Northeast Florida. Qualification rounds for the Putting Championship will take place Saturday, July 19th and Sunday, July 20th and will continue Saturday, July 26th and Sunday, July 27th. The top 16 finalists will compete for the title of “World Golf Hall of Fame Putting Champion†Saturday, August 2nd.

Dinner and a Movie – St. Augustine, Florida

World Golf Hall of Fame Sells Tickets to Newest Batman Film “The Dark Knight”
St. Augustine, Fla. – The World Golf Hall of Fame IMAX Theater will begin selling tickets to its special engagement of Warner Bros. Pictures’ “The Dark Knight†beginning Thursday, July 3 at 12:01 a.m. in advance of the film’s nationwide release set for July 18. Vilano Beach 4th of July Parade – Florida
Get into the patriotic spirit with some good old fun in Vilano Beach, just across the inlet from St Augustine.
