9th Annual Shuckin’ in the Park Oyster Roast – Charleston, South Carolina

It is never too early to mark your calendars for the 9th Annual Shuckin’ in the Park oyster roast. There will be activities for the children, including a jump castle. Food tickets can be purchased inside the gate. Entertainment will be by the Custom 4+2 Band featuring beach music, oldies and popular music. Small coolers are allowed, but PLEASE no pets and tickets are NOT redeemable for food.

Southeastern Wildlife Exposition – SEWE – in Charleston This Weekend

Southeastern Wildlife Exposition (SEWE) in Charleston Feb 15-17, is the largest wildlife art and nature event in the nation. It’s held each year in the weekend preceding President’s Day and attracts 35,000+ attendees to enjoy world-class original art, diverse exhibits, interesting presentations and lectures. Online and telephone ticket orders are no longer being accepted, but advance tickets are on sale at Charleston-area Visitors Centers and at Gaillard Auditorium. Tickets may also be purchased during SEWE show hours at most venues.
