Savannah Harbor Foundation’s Tenth Annual Boat Parade of Lights takes place on November 26, 2011 at 5 pm.
A Christmas Parade – Savannah Style! The event officially marks the beginning of the holidays with a tree lighting ceremony and a presentation of a proclamation by Gen. James Oglethorpe, founder of Savannah, and live entertainment.
