Taste of the Town
The Summerville Taste of the Town 2010 festival will take place on Sunday, November 7, 2010, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Azalea Park in historic downtown Summerville, South Carolina.
The 9th Annual Taste of the Town event offers enjoyment for all that Summerville has to offer: sample the delicious food from Summerville’s top restaurants, listen to live music, play in our fun-filled Kid’s Zone and meet our local merchants, artists, and entertainers. FREE admission, individually-priced “tastes.”
Local area restaurants will set up in booths to serve tastes to their patrons using food and beverage tickets which can be purchased before going to the food vendors.Water and
beverages will be served in two booths at either end of the park. There will be a fun-filled Kid’s Zone and main stage performances.
Food booths will accept food tickets for each of their food items (up to $3.00 each), based on the relative value of the food served. Kids wristbands are also sold.
