Bring your party hats and your dancing shoes for this festive family fun event.  The Cultural Center celebrates the New Year at noon with music, art projects, and hundreds of balloons.  Create an awesome noise maker or hilarious hat and hop down to our bubble wrap room for the count down at noon.
