Tybee Island celebrates Independence Day Celebration with fireworks on the beach. Come early, and expect to leave late, because the island fills up fast. Come to Savannah to celebrate the Fourth of July in River Street style! Independence Day festivities begin at 5pm on the plaza with Live Entertainment, Ice Cream Eating Contests and much more. Come to downtown historic St Marys for a fourht of July festival. We start early with a 5 & 10 K race 7:00,followed by a parade at 10;00 am.
Lots of vendors selling arts & crafts & food at the waterfront. There’s stage entertainment, kids games, pony rides and much more for the whole family. Special fireworks display at dusk to celebrate 40 years of the festival sponsored by the Kiwanis Club.
