Animals from the Lowcountry – Hilton Head Island, South Carolina

Scheduled to appear from Oatland Island Education Center are: barred owl, screech owl, alligator, corn snake, gopher tortoise, toad, opossum or legless lizard.

Animals from the Lowcountry
July 25th 10 a.m and 11 a.m

A variety of lowcountry animals will be on display and you can learn about their habits during the “Animals from the Lowcountry” series in the pole barn at the Coastal Discovery Museum at Historic Honey Horn. Scheduled to appear from Oatland Island Education Center are: barred owl, screech owl, alligator, corn snake, gopher tortoise, toad, opossum or legless lizard. Participants will have the opportunity to not only see these animals, but take photos of them as well! Programs at 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. are scheduled for July 25th and August 1st and 15th 2007

Reservations are requested by calling 843-689-6767 ext 223.
Cost is $12 per adult and $7 for children (ages 4-12).
