Some of the activites include; Best Bartenders Drink Making Contest, The Hospitable Waiters Race, and the Tailgate Gourmet Challenge. Here local chefs showcase their culinary talents at the outdoor tailgate kitchen. Other events include “Cooking with Books.â€, hosted by the Beufort lirary and “Marshside: What’s for dinner?†hosted by The Coastal Discovery Museum.
The FoodFest 2007 schedule includes events transpiring at individual food establishments and at the festival’s central location of Shelter Cove Community Park on Hilton Head Island.
