Southeastern Wildlife Exposition – SEWE – in Charleston This Weekend
Southeastern Wildlife Exposition (SEWE) in Charleston Feb 15-17, is the largest wildlife art and nature event in the nation. It’s held each year in the weekend preceding President’s Day and attracts 35,000+ attendees to enjoy world-class original art, diverse exhibits, interesting presentations and lectures. Online and telephone ticket orders are no longer being accepted, but advance tickets are on sale at Charleston-area Visitors Centers and at Gaillard Auditorium. Tickets may also be purchased during SEWE show hours at most venues.

Claude’s Chocolate Room Opens – St Augustine, Florida
Second Location Opens Where Chocolates are Created!
Ponte Vedra, Florida (February 2008) Claude’s Chocolate has their new chocolate room ready for tasting, shopping and meeting Claude himself. Claude and Nicole Franques are filling a niche in Ponte Vedra and St. Augustine that is innovative while pioneering a true European-style of luxurious romantic chocolate. Easter EGGstravaganza! – Charleston, South Carolina
The City of Charleston’s largest egg hunt takes place on Saturday, March 22, 2008! Bring your children (ages 1-12) to Hampton Park every year on the Saturday before Easter, from 11 – 1pm for a magic show, visit from the Easter Bunny, an egg hunt, activity stations, games, prizes, jump castles, snacks, refreshments, and more.
