The Patriots Point 4th of July Blast – Charleston, SC

The American Revolution Comes to Middleton Place – Charleston, SC

During the Fourth of July weekend, you can see the American Revolution come to life at Middleton Place. This is a great way to learn about our past, and to have fun with the whole family. Celebrate Independence Day by coming to the home of Arthur Middleton, a signer of the Declaration of Independence. Celebrate the nation’s 232nd Birthday at Fort Pulaski in Savannah with a special patriotic living history event. The event will include a Civil War baseball game using 1860s rules and equipment, so if you’re a true baseball fan you can’t miss that. The cannon firings and soldier demonstrations are sure to be a hit with the younger crowd.
