Santa’s Arrival at Mt. Pleasant Towne Centre – Charleston, SC

Christmas - vintageMt. Pleasant Towne Centre is pleased to announce Santa’s Arrival Friday, November 28th at Noon. Santa will be available for visits from noon-8pm Monday- Friday, 11am-8pm Saturday and Sunday Noon-5pm. Santa’s location will be in front of the Banana Republic store located on Belk Drive. Giveaways for children attending this event will be available and anyone visiting Santa will receive a free holiday gift. Holiday music will be played during the event.

Fort Clinch State Park Holiday Encampment – Amelia Island, FL

Christmas in Love ...The Fort Clinch State Park Holiday Encampment is a gathering of re-enactors decorating the fort for Christmas. Volunteers in Civil War era costume place boughs of fresh greenery on the mantles of every room in the fort, put up and decorate a period Christmas tree, and portray daily life as it was in 1864. The ladies string berries and popcorn to decorate the tree, fires are burning in the fireplaces and soldiers answer questions about what it is like to be stationed at Fort Clinch.
